2. Credit Packages

Travel Pro: 10 credits for $19.99

Travel Elite: 100 credits for $99.99

Each itinerary generation uses 1 credit

3. Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues on our end prevented use of credits
  • Incorrect or duplicate charges
  • Request within 7 days of purchase with unused credits
  • Extended service outage (more than 48 hours)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Credits already used for itinerary generation
  • Dissatisfaction with itinerary content
  • Change of mind after 7 days
  • User-side technical issues

4. Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds for unused credits. These are calculated based on the proportion of unused credits, and processing fees may apply.

5. Refund Process

  1. Contact us with your account email and transaction ID
  2. Provide a detailed reason for your refund request
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review
  4. Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

6. Processing Time

Free credits from promotions or welcome bonuses have no cash value and are not eligible for refund.
